Here are the unofficial votes of the by-election held this week. The results are not official until they are presented to the board of directors (Council), provided any complaints are dealt with by the CRO...

As per Titus's e-mail to Council and the newly elected officials, sent out earlier tonight, "Note that the results of the by-election will not be official or effective until they are presented to Council at its next meeting, taking place on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 3pm (Room 1260, Richmond Campus). These results are provisional, and are subject to any appeal being presented to the Chief Returning Officer, pursuant to the Regulations."

Correct me if I am wrong, but since there is no one running for the two vacant liason (Womens, First Nations), anyone who is interested can apply to be temporarily on this position.

I saw this in an earlier post by Ashley Rose in regards to a vacant liason position a year ago.
